01 Agreement to terms
By ordering, accessing or using any SonicPanel service supplied by HOSTEAZA SRL, you agree to these terms. If you enter into this agreement on behalf of a station, network or company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
02 Description of services
SonicPanel provides managed audio streaming, including Icecast and Shoutcast mount points, AutoDJ playout, media storage and a web control panel. Service specifications such as listener capacity, bitrate and storage are defined in your order.
03 Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of panel credentials, source passwords and any sub-accounts you create, and for all activity carried out under them.
04 Acceptable use
Services may not be used to broadcast or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or that violates the rights of others.
Attempts to disrupt the platform, bypass capacity limits or resell capacity outside an approved reseller agreement may result in suspension.
05 Music licensing
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the performance and mechanical licences required for the territories in which your station broadcasts.
06 Fees and billing
Fees, billing cycles and renewal terms are set out at the point of order. Pricing figures for the published radio and reseller packages are shown in the current offer.
HOSTEAZA SRL is not registered for VAT as of 8 August 2026. The displayed service prices are final and VAT is not added.
07 Service availability
We aim to keep streaming services continuously available and perform planned maintenance in low-traffic windows with advance notice where practical. Availability commitments are described in your service documentation.
08 Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate in line with the notice period in your order. We may suspend services immediately where required to protect the platform or comply with law.
09 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the services is limited as set out in your agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to account holders in advance.
